Select the course and the date you are interested in, fill in the online form and we will send you, via email, our confirmation letter in PDF format which you can attach to your application letter and forward to your National Agency for their approval.

What do I do when I have received approval from my National Agency?

We ask that you notify us immediately, we will then send you an email with a Confirmation Link so that you may confirm your place within the course.

Once I have confirmed my place in the course, what then?

You will then receive an invoice asking for a deposit of €300 to be paid. You will also receive an email from us asking you to please send us all your flight details. When sending details please ensure that you send flight number, date and time for arrival as well as departure. We require this to make the necessary bookings for your stay in Malta eg. Accommodation and transfers etc.

What is the total cost of the course?

Course:	€700
Accommodation, Meals and Transfers:	€550
TOTAL:	€1,250

I have received my invoice, must I pay the total amount immediately?

No, but we do request that you pay the €300 deposit at your earliest convenience. We do understand that in some countries bank charges are high, therefore balance may be paid upon arrival at our offices or online following this link.

What type of Accommodation will I be staying in and what is exactly covered in the cost?

You will be staying in a comfortable Hotel in the seaside resort of Bugibba. The reservation will be on Bed and Breakfast Basis. We cover accommodation for up to 7 nights. Any accommodation required beyond that will be billed to you directly by the hotel.

What about the other meals, how will they be paid for?

Lunch and dinner for the 5 days of the course are covered within the total cost of the course. You only need to cover your own costs of meals on the weekends.

What about transport, how do I get from the airport to hotel and to the course?

All transfers are provided within the total cost of the course. A driver will be at the airport to pick you up and transfer you to the Hotel upon arrival in Malta as well as departure. A driver will also meet you at the hotel every morning and transfer you to Hamrun to begin the course and return. For the evening meals again, a driver will be there to transfer you to the restaurant and return.

Will all course participants be staying at the same Hotel?

Yes all participants stay at the same hotel.

I have a partner/family member, wishing to accompany me to Malta. Is this possible?

Yes a partner may accompany you to Malta, provided that they pay for their own meals and accommodation. We will be able to make all necessary bookings for you. They are also able to accompany you on any tours at a small fee.
