1. TrainingMalta is a brand name of AcrossLimits Ltd, a private limited liability company registered in Malta. This website is fully operated and maintained by AcrossLimits and its staff.
   
   
2. AcrossLimits and/or the training providers have the right to refuse any applicant admission to, or continuance in, a course, at its discretion.
   
   
3. Copyright in all learning materials belongs to the AcrossLimits and/or the training providers and that they are supplied on the condition that they must not be copied or disposed of or transferred to any other person or party.
   
   
4. On receipt of a confirmed start date, students have seven days in which to contact the AcrossLimits and/or the training providers to request an alternative date if the original is not suitable.
   
   
5. Fees are not transferable to another student, except at the discretion of AcrossLimits and/or the training providers.
   
   
6. All our prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
   
   
7. Students who are eligible for, confirm and are allocated a pre-funded place under a Comenius/Grundtvig sponsorship scheme and subsequently fail to attend will be charged the full fee for their course.
   
   
8. AcrossLimits and/or the training providers reserve the right to cancel or change dates of a course, module or programme.
   
   
9. AcrossLimits and/or the training providers reserve the right to alter the structure of any course, module or programme without prior notice provided the quality is not reduced.
   
   
10. In no event do we accept liability of any description, including liability for negligence (except for personal injury or death), for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, or consequential loss) whatsoever resulting from use of or inability to use this web site or during attendance of our courses.
    
    
11. AcrossLimits and/or the training providers cannot be held liable for any accident or injury to persons using the training premises or third parties involved. The training participants and/or the sending organisations must agree to indemnify and keep indemnified AcrossLimits and/or the training providers from and against all loss, damage, costs, claims, demands, expenses or charges which they may sustain or incur in respect of any matter arising out of the use of the accommodation and attendance to the courses.
    
    
12. The pages contained in this web site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The information in these pages may be updated from time to time and may at times be out of date. We accept no responsibility for keeping the information in these pages up to date or liability for any failure to do so.
    
    
13. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest.
    
    
14. AcrossLimits and/or the training providers are committed to keeping your details confidential and only collect and use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
    
    
15. We do not pass any of your details onto third parties save as required by law. We will take security measures to protect your personal information in storage.
    
    
16. We require you to give us contact information; name, address, telephone number, email address, education, training and employment details, and we may use this information to keep you up-to-date with new developments at AcrossLimits.
    
    
17. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, if at any time you no longer wish to receive marketing information from the AcrossLimits and/or the training providers either by post or email, or would like to be removed from our database, please contact the administration team at AcrossLimits, Gateway Centre, Kappillan Mifsud Street, Hamrun HMR 1856, MALTA or email us on info@trainingmalta.com
